Product Features:

The PS series ink is a high-temperature resistant ester-soluble surface printing ink, suitable for matte surface printing, meeting environmental protection requirements.
1 This product is suitable for corona-treated surfaces of films such as BOPP and PET, with stable printing, smooth and delicate natural patterns, and strong three-dimensional effect.
2 Suitable for octagonal sealed high-temperature bag making (230℃), with strong adhesion, good scratch resistance, non-sticking in forked three-dimensional shapes, making it the perfect ideal ink for matte surfaces.


Printing Parameters:
Ink printing viscosity depends on specific conditions. Use low viscosity for high speed, and high viscosity for low speed.
1 For high-speed printing, the recommended viscosity is:
White ink: 14-18S/3# Zahn cup 25℃
Color ink: 16-20S/3# Zahn cup 25℃
2 For medium-speed printing, the recommended viscosity is:
White ink: 16-20S/3# Zahn cup 25℃
Color ink: 18-22S/3# Zahn cup 25℃
Customers should make corresponding adjustments according to specific requirements during use.
3 Thinners: Ethyl acetate (EAC), n-Propyl acetate (PAC), Butyl acetate (NBAC), or Propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA)

Precautions:
It is recommended to use ink according to weather dryness and humidity, and select and adjust based on the type of printing equipment and specific printing conditions of our factory. Excessive use of slow-drying agents will increase solvent residue in the ink film, causing print adhesion.
