Product Details
Product Features:
LF series gravure coating inks have excellent extrusion (coating) composite performance, suitable for various extrusion (coating) packaging printing processes.
1 This product is suitable for various gravure printing.
2 Multi-color overprinting, bright colors, distinct layers, good dot reproduction, and strong pattern three-dimensionality.
3 Excellent composite strength for extrusion coating composites, suitable for large soft packaging requirements.
Printing Parameters:
Ink printing viscosity depends on specific conditions. Use low viscosity for high speed, high viscosity for low speed.
1 Reference solvent ratio for high-speed printing:
Toluene 50%, Butanone 30%, Ethyl acetate 20% (recommended speed 150-200 meters)
2 Reference solvent ratio for medium-speed printing:
Toluene 70%, Butanone 20%, Ethyl acetate 10% (recommended speed 110-150 meters)
Customers should make corresponding adjustments according to specific requirements during use.
Standard Colors:
Refer to Fulicheng color chart
Precautions:
It is recommended to use ink according to weather dryness and humidity, and select and adjust based on the type of printing equipment and specific printing conditions of our factory. Excessive use of slow-drying agents will increase solvent residue in the ink film, causing print adhesion.
