High transparency: surface printing and inner printing compound ZE ester soluble compound series

       This series of products adapt to the thin film printing of BOPP, PET, PE, PVC kinked aluminum films, etc.. It is applicable to most of the printing substrates, and does not contain benzene, ketone solvents, conforming to the environmental protection requirements.    

 

Product Features: 
1.With bright colors, high color density, good resistance to erosion and fast solvent release, the pattern effect is clear. It is an ideal environmentally friendly composite printing ink for printing package, etc.. 
2.It has solvent release property, good leveling, so that there is little dirt and embossed roller ink, guaranteeing the printing effect. 

 

Printing parameters: 
1 High-speed printing viscosity: 16-18 S / 3 # Zahn Cup 25 ℃ 
2. Medium-speed printing viscosity: 18-20 S/ 3# Zahn Cup 25 ℃ 
3. Low-speed printing viscosity: 20-24 S / 3 # Zahn Cup 25 ℃ 
4. Diluents: 
Transparent surface printing: environmentally friendly solvents, isopropyl alcohol IPA, ethyl acetate EAC
Transparent inner printing: n-propyl PAC, ethyl acetate EAC, butyl ester NBAC (isopropyl alcohol IPA)
Transparent polyurethane: n-propyl ester PAC, ethyl acetate EAC, isopropyl alcohol IPA

Matters needing attention:   
      It is recommended that the printing of ink should be dependent on the weather dryness and humidity. It should be adjusted and selected according to the type of printing equipment and the specific printing conditions; if more dry retarders are used, the solvent residue in the ink film will be increased and printing adhesion may occur.
